- All prices are in USD and shown before tax where tax applies
- An order is accepted when we send the confirmation email, not when payment is authorised
- We may decline an order where stock, address or payment verification prevents fulfilment
- Obvious pricing errors do not oblige us to sell at the incorrect price; we will contact you and refund in full if you do not wish to proceed
- Promotional bundle pricing applies as displayed at the time of checkout
Product use and your responsibility
- RustGuard™ is a rust converter for ferrous metals; it does not replace lost metal or repair perforation
- Follow the label and the guidance on this site, including degreasing and the 24-hour cure
- Assess structural or safety-critical metalwork professionally before treating it
- Wear appropriate protective equipment and keep the product away from children and animals
- Comply with local rules on disposal of coating residues
Liability
We stand behind the product and the 30-day guarantee. What we cannot accept is liability for outcomes outside our control: application in unsuitable conditions, use on metal that had already failed structurally, or use contrary to the instructions.
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law in your country. Where local law gives you more than this page does, local law applies.
