Bottle prices tell you almost nothing. A 500 ml converter that covers 25 sq ft is more expensive per finished panel than a 500 ml converter that covers 55 sq ft, even if the cheap one is half the price on the shelf. Coverage depends on how thin the formulation can be applied while still carrying enough acid and polymer to react, and thin films are what you want: they turn faster, cure faster and leave less material to trap moisture.

Work it out before you buy. Measure the actual area you intend to treat, divide by the stated coverage, round up one bottle for pitting and waste, then divide the pack price by that number. On a set of rear arches you are looking at a few dollars of product.
